We operate a connected ecosystem inside a single stretch of Ras Al Khaimah coastline. The same households pass through several of our shops in the same week. One catchment, one management layer, many ways to serve a customer we have already earned.

The group

Our ecosystem, one brand.

Every line below runs under the MONRÉ name, shares the same catchment and reports into the same management layer.

Membership

One card, every counter.

A single MONRÉ membership carries across the whole group. Join at the minimart and you are already a member at the coffee counter, the flower stand, the laundry and the workshop.

  • Member pricing across every MONRÉ line
  • Priority service at the counter and the workshop
  • One card, recognised at every location
  • First access to new branches and seasonal ranges

    Our model

Why an ecosystem, not one shop.

Our shops sit close together in the same neighbourhood. The same families use several of them every week, so every customer we win is worth more to us.

    01

    One family, many visits

A family on Al Marjan Island buys groceries, grabs a coffee, drops off laundry, picks up flowers and gets the car serviced. We only have to win them once. After that they keep coming back, to one shop or another.

    02

    Costs we only pay once

The shops share the same area, the same staff, the same brand and the same managers. The café and the flower shop sell to people already walking into the minimart, so neither needs a shop of its own. Each new one costs less to open than the last.

    03

    Easy to repeat

We know what works: a minimart with services built around it. Once the third branch opens, we can set the same thing up in the next neighbourhood.

Win the customer once. Serve them everywhere.
